Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre showcases some of the incredible biodiversity of Queensland and is home to various reptiles, amphibians, fish and mammals. Explore on your own or join our Park Rangers at the daily feeding sessions (ask for the daily feed schedule when at the Visitor centre). Walkabout Creek Discovery Centre operates a seasonal holiday activities program during Queensland school holidays, four times per year (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring). Activities include a range of nature-based activities and events for all ages, including Junior Ranger activities and daily Wildlife Discovery Shows. The Centre features a Visitor Centre, a Wildlife Centre and a wedding/conference centre and cafe. There is also the opportunity to go swimming or kayaking in Enoggera Reservoir, enjoy a short bush walk, or go mountain bike riding on the dedicated skills course.
