Sunshine Beaders - Lilly Petal Cuff Bracelet - Kumihimo by Helen Medland

Sunshine Beaders' workshop day at BVAC in Tarragindi opens with the Lilly Petal Cuff Bracelet, taught by Helen. The bracelet is Michelle Whittaker's design from Beadworx, taught with her permission. You'll braid a round Kumihimo rope embellished with Superduos, then add a row of Superduos and Lilly Petal beads with a needle. The finished cuff is reversible, so the petals can point up or down. This is an intermediate class, and you'll need to have done Kumihimo before. The kit includes a Kumihimo disc with bobbins already loaded, size 8/0 and 15/0 Miyuki seed beads, Superduos, Lilly Petal beads, end caps, a clasp and jump rings. Bring a beading mat, a size 10 or 11 beading needle, Fireline, scissors, E6000 glue, and a magnifying light if you use one. $92 for members, $102 for non-members.
