Set inside a light-filled former juice bar, the cosy space spills onto a front lawn dotted with picnic tables, creating a relaxed meeting point for locals. The menu keeps things simple but sharp, with Creative Crust pastries, toast topped with favourites like avocado and goat’s cheese, and acai bowls, while Single O coffee anchors the drinks list. The standout is the ‘Over Ice’ range – think cold brew, iced matcha and iced coco clouds – best ordered with a rotating cold-foam topper. With a people-first approach and a focus on quality specialty coffee, Mello Grounds is fast becoming a fresh favourite in the Redlands.
