The old Fox Hotel on Melbourne Street, back under its original 1920s name after a full restoration by Ghanem Group, and reopened in June 2026. The ground-floor public bar and gastropub do steaks, schnitzels and burgers. A new Fish Lane entrance leads into a tall brick atrium, and upstairs are the Vixen Room cocktail lounge and Fox Rooftop.
