Back in the day, the area now known as Stafford used to be known as Happy Valley. This laid-back suburban brewery is looking to be ‘Your Happy Place’, no matter if you’re a local or an inter-suburb blow-in. The brewery is equipped with a brewhouse and a whopping 17 vessels and a bar boasting 19 taps. The Happy Valley team is constantly encouraging its guests to step outside their comfort zones, with a selection of core beers and seasonal specials on deck to try every time you visit. Highlights include the 50K IPA West Coast IPA, Keep It Simple sweet stout, Steady Eddy summer ale and a cherry cola sour. An on-site kitchen pumps out drool-worthy feeds and the venue hosts regular trivia nights and special events.
