What is it? B elow the Metro Arts theatre of Brisbane, Exhibition Restaurant becomes the unexpected final act of any show. Akin to its theatrical counterparts, chef and owner Tim Scott has curated a multi-sensory dining experience, engaging in a seasonally evolving menu that's a nod to culinary arts and craftsmanship. Why go? There is no menu here – only one six-course omakase experience that shows off Queensland’s best local and sustainable produce. It’s mod-Oz cuisine at its finest. Be prepared to immerse yourself in the spectacle – we're talking abalone liver parfait served with milk bread; Hokkaido Island scallop with green mango and fig leaf; smoke-touched Wagyu.
