Born in Melbourne before expanding to Hillcrest, Croix Croissant has earned a cult following for its playful, globally inspired take on laminated pastry. While classic croissants, pain au chocolat and almond croissants are always on offer, the ever-changing menu is known for inventive creations like mie goreng croissants, pandan crème brûlée danishes, lemon cheesecake cruffins, piña colada crolls, croissant cheeseburgers and vegan-friendly Victoria sponge croissants. Everything is crafted using a three-day slow-fermented dough made with premium French butter, with Fonzie Abbott coffee and matcha rounding out the offering.
