Craft & Quilt Fair Brisbane

The Craft & Quilt Fair returns to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Bank, from Wednesday 14 to Saturday 17 October, 10 am to 4 pm each day. Inside you'll find the Australian Quilt Show and the AQC Challenge finalists, a Queensland Quilt Show, a Yarn & Thread Market of hand-dyed yarns and speciality fibres, a Knit Lounge, and a Makers Space selling handmade work from local makers. Guest artist Jake Henzler brings his architectural knitting to the fair. Free seminars and free on-stand demonstrations run throughout. Daily Make & Take sessions let you learn a skill and take your piece home. Studio Workshops with invited tutors are one-off sessions and need to be booked ahead. Tickets General admission (1 day): $29 Concession (1 day): $26 Multi-day (all 4 days): $58 Creative VIP (all 4 days, plus VIP merch bundle and high tea voucher): $113 Groups of 10: $22 per ticket Children under 12: free. Ages 12 to 18 need a ticket. The under-30 deal, in full: It's not a free ticket on its own. Buy an Adult 1-day or Concession ticket, tick "I would like to book an Under 30's Ticket" and add your guest's details. Your guest collects their free ticket at the Help Desk on the day and must show photo ID. Every online ticket goes into the draw for a lucky door prize valued at $2,670. Tickets are also sold at the door unless the fair sells out. All tickets and workshop bookings are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
